Wow, very tough run. Took Monday and Tuesday off because my body needed it coming off of a sub or indoor season. Thought that with the rest the last couple days that I would be ready to go today for a 30 minute tempo. It was awful, possibly my worst run of my life. Couldn't keep sub 6 minute pace for more than 10 minutes and called it quits bc I wasn't gonna help my body get better anymore. I went skiing the day before so I'm hoping that was the reason for why I was so slow. Breathing has been way too heavy as well. Taking tomorrow off bc my body can't handle another bad run like that.
