GLRR Track. 6x800. My goal was to keep each of them to half marathon pace or slower. Mostly succeeded. 3:17, 3:22, 3:25, 3:28, 3:26, 3:26. Jason was amazingly good entertaining himself in the infield with his ball and glove.
