Easy day. Legs felt very heavy today, and a bit of soreness from yesterday's run.

Had some trouble keeping my HR under my cap when I started out. Normally I run for about 15 minutes at 5.2, and then gradually cut back maybe .1 every 10 minutes or so. Today when I started, I was only going like 5-7 minutes per interval, so I was definitely still feeling the effects of yesterday's workout.

About halfway through the run though, my HR stabilized at 4.6, and I kept that pace through the end of the run.

Felt better afterward than before, but still will probably take a rest day tomorrow.
