This was a prediction run, so I have no splits or anything. Came in almost a couple minutes under what I had predicted, so not very good in that regard, but I was very pleased with my fitness level at this point in the year. The cold air and wind weren't really meant for great times, so I was pleasantly surprised to run sub-7 pace.
