Wich's, Phil and Ray. Steve and I did 4 miles at his goal half pace. I did it as a steady state, kinda close to old marathon wannebe pace. Other guys did 800's, fun leap frogging each other. Made the work easier. Warm upper 50's and a southerly wind. Felt really comfortable, wonder if I could keep that going for a half?
