solo, Jason stomach issues text message when I was getting ready. colder 24 degrees and a strong north wind.
I took today off. Thought I might run outside after class - sun is out finally. But it's only 7 degrees. I talked to a guy in the treadmill room yesterday morning and he said he busted his butt running outside the day before. I forgot about that risk. Guess I'm inside until the weekend. Should hit 40 Fri/Sat/Sun.
