Gary and Phil. Did Phil's workout. Gary did a 4 mile tempo around 7:ish. 2 miles around 6:44 and then 9 x 20 second strides with 40 second recovery. Almost able to stay stride for stride with Phil. He was holding back to allow it though. Tough but doable. Onward. Shoes must be toast, blood blister on right forefoot. *&&^%$#
