Warm, low 60's. Wanted 6:50's, but decided from the start to adjust to around 7:10 because of the warm morning. Got close to where I wanted to be after a couple of miles, but it only lasted a couple more miles before I wilted on the last 2 miles. 6 miles worth of effort, call it steady state ala McMillan. Onward. Sub 3:00 really appears to be a fading time goal.
