Notes

Great run today! Worked the hills hard (per instructions) and really felt good. Felt better and better as workout progressed and PR'd that particular course. Ran great on return trip (OK, mostly downhill but still...) with an 8:46, 8:27 and 8:07. Nice! Maybe good hill running is in my future. Too bad it wasn't a race day.
