Left early to meet Tony and then turned right back when we saw our vineyard guys drive into to pick our grapes! Exciting morning watching our harvest. Finally headed out to lake at 11 am and it was already getting kind of hot.
John and I hiked out Boar Scat from No Name and then ran North Slope and Crowley and hiked back on the fire road.
I ran 2.2 miles of this at about 11-minute pace. Ankle felt a bit achey but not too bad. I did feel that at a slow enough pace I could have run much further. I guess I haven't totally forgotten how. I wish the ankle would just not hurt at all...
