Treadmill

Notes

I think I may have gone at it a bit too hard when I was out on Mountain View last week. I have been back to pretty sore for the last couple of days. Decided on just heading to the gym for 30 minutes easy on the stair stepper before hitting the treadmill and that worked out pretty well. Didn't feel great, but didn't feel too beat either. Stretched and rolled for a long time at the end.
