Notes

This was the WORST run I have had in recent memory. My legs and back were in pain when I started out with Diane and Tony and never did warm up to even feeling OK. It was a true slog from beginning to end and I called it quits at our planned half-way mark. Di stopped too as she was not really interested in running back alone. Logging this today and I am still not feeling better. Depressing.

Side note: Cool trail and I look forward to running out there again and exploring further.

You deserve lots of credit for not complaining ONCE about suffering leg and back pain! I would not have been so reticent.

I too think the combined Westside and Joe Rodota Trail has potential as a long distance, all weather, and point-to-point workout.
