Easy 45 min ski with maple grove and then did my own workout.
15x1 min on, 45 seconds off, ish, at Level...? pretty hard?
Finding that with a long race every weekend right now, all my mid-week workouts are very similar because I don't want to repeat the weekend's stimulus. Asked Anders about it and he said that's okay.
Still learning about ski training.
