Would have loved to swim longer, but I already had an aqua jog workout under my belt, which means my mental stamina was waring out and food was calling.

Didn't need much of a warm-up because I'd already been working. Did a partial warm-up in the first piece

18x 25 all out, 25 recovery

You would kick my ass in the pool. 18 all-out lengths is crazy. Nice work. Love the variation of your days. Incredible. I know you'd rather it all be running but you're such a strong-all-over athlete right now. Like throw any obstacle your way. Like war. Like bring it on. I'm scared.
