Classic Interval workout with the varsity at practice. Got in a true hour and 15 min continuous ski, which was nice. And it was a good workout. I would probably always prefer that the workout be skate, because I don't race any classic races, (at least as of yet), but still good overall strength and aerobic work.
Workout was 4x2.5k (~7 min) @ tempo ish
Aerobically I felt good. I could tell my arms and core were fatigued from lifting just a few hours prior.
