WOOF yet again. Running right after biking will NEVER be easy.

Its a very strange sensation. My running muscles and running mind are saying "go faster, this isnt that bad, come on you got it!" But my quads this morning were shouting "go home and give up, youch!"

hopefully as my biking fitness increases I will be able to come off the bike with a touch less soreness. Apart from the quads today, the run felt okay. Additionally, i was happy today when I remembered the bike for the Tri I'm doing is half as long as I biked today. Maybe with half the distance in the saddle I will also be able to curb some of that soreness. However, I'll probably also be pushing harder, so maybe not. Oh the joy!
