Pretty solid work out on the bike this morning. Would have been nice to get an hour and a half, but my current lack of durability for the bike seat limited the time I was able to spend. Hah.

Yowza! Proud of you kiddo, that is a hard workout. What does 8 min hard feel like compared to tempo for you? I would ask what kind of wattage but neither of us have power meters. Great work.

Sorry it's been a week now, I hope you're seeing gains every day. Seeing Shauna today? And really sorry about the saddle punishment. Seriously the worst when you have to fight that along with the exercise effort.
