Notes
This was a very dark run, on a cool December evening. But it was worth it to be out on a nice evening, especially after a long day of studying.
The temperature was just under 40 degrees and I ran comfortably in a pair of rights, a thermal top and my light running jacket. I also brought out my running lights for the first time this year, and I was thrilled to find out the batteries were still good.
The run felt swift and light, though usually the illusion of darkness contributes to that.
I ran through Hamden and then added the loop over to prospect to extend a little bit to get 7 miles.
I was delightfully ready to be done right at the end, but the legs felt good the whole time.
