Notes
Ran the 2 miles from my house to Luther as a warm up, then went inside to the track.
It was cold outside, especially heading straight northwest into the wind, but it didn't seem as bad as it was a couple days last week. Perhaps it was warmer, or maybe my we're all just getting tougher, hard to tell.

all at mile date pace.
1.5 mile cool down
Workout felt good. Mile pace still feels really fast, as it usually does this time of the year, but it felt better than last week's mile pace workout, and that is a great sign. If there is one thing I have learned about myself over the last 4 years it is I really like hard yards inside. These are the kinds of workouts that make me feel confident and fit.
