Strength at home. Can't let that fall away because all the gyms are closed.

We bought a set of hardly used TRX bands off of Facebook Marketplace for about $150 less than they usually cost, and they're awesome.

Did 12 core exercises with the bands, a random assortment of sit-ups, planks, etc

2x12 each side single leg squats

2x30 lunges

2x10 hamstring curl (OUCH)

Glute bridges

Upper body stuff: lat row, chest press, etc.

Really hard but really good. That's what he and she said?
