Took me a few to find the perfect pace and effort, but once I got it, the 200's were very consistent.

I had 16-20 of them on the schedule for this week, but that was before I knew I was racing a 1500 in three days.

With that new information, and also the fact that I had a big hill workout on Sunday and a big tempo workout on Monday, I went into today thinking I would do as many reps as felt good, and go until it got decently hard, but also stop before I dug too deep a whole and would be unable to recover before Saturday.

I want to be primed, and I also respect the fact that 3 of my last 4 days have been really high quality and fairly high volume. I think I hit that balance pretty well.
