A solo run after packing up all my stuff in Daddy's House. No better way to celebrate and reflect upon a Graduation ceremony and 4 years of running, school, and living in Decorah than a run through my favorite trails. I ran lower Palisades to middle and Upper Pali, and then just before the final, steep descent on the river trail side of Upper Palisades, I opted to run the entire trail in reverse instead of turning in for the day. Ended up going longer than I planned, but it felt fantastic to run one last time in Decorah. Ran Log Jam in both directions, hadn't run that loop yet this year, and reflected upon Emma showing me that little add on about three years ago.
