Notes

1 mile warm-up. six 800meter repeats at race pace. 1 mile cool down. Not a hard repeat day, just practicing the start of my race. It would be horrible to go out to fast for a 26 mile race. so, I'm doing what I preach to my students. Practice so that you reduce the chance of error. Practice makes permanent not perfect. We're human and accidents do happen. Boom!
