Ran really easy and slow first 30 minutes, then ran down to the lake, ran hard up Nacho hill, took a minute break in the restrooms ;-) Then ran from the lavatories to Big fin hill park and back. We were trying for a runner's high and I don't know if we got it, but either way the run was a success. No pain, and the neapolitan ice cream sandwich after the run was the best ice cream sandwich I've ever eaten in my life :-)
