Notes
Lunch today= 1/2 lb of General Tso's Chicken from QFC, 2 maple bars, and a Berry Lemonade from Jones Soda. Stomach during run=unhappy :-( But I'm pleasantly surprised with the pace. But it was only possible because I had Ryan pushing the pace the whole time and hardly breathing, haha. Hopefully this will become easy for me sooner or later.
Did .8 mile warm-up, and a 1 mile cool down. so over all, just under 45 minutes of running today. Success!
