Was planning on doing part of my workout indoors but Shannon A called and we ended up doing it all outside. 47 degrees to start with and nice afternoon.

4.25 warmup then drills and striders.

4 x 800m on the track with plan to start the first one at 6 flat and then whittle them down as I saw fit. 2 min recovery between reps.

3:02/ 2:50/ 2:50/ 2:46; first one felt very easy, next three felt pretty good considering it was in the dark and running completely on feel as can't see the garmin.

Approximately 1.3 mile cooldown then back to HP.
