Notes

Go to the pool after the race is over; mainly because my foot is hurting due to the huge blister on my forefoot L and wanting to cool my legs down and get my foot into some chlorinated water.

27 total laps, all using the pull buoy as dont need any additional stress on my legs.

I feel much better after the pool work.
