main part of today's workout is 4 miles at just under 7 min pace. intermittent rolling hills as running the streets. Splits: 6:45/6:41/6:38/6:42 then .60 miles on beginning of cooldown.

Additional 2.3 miles on c/d with Bramlett on the streets and trail as the drizzle continues to start/stop.
