29 degrees out. I hate winter. Run the first 2.80 miles outside then go inside for the rest.

4 miles on the indoor track = 44 laps. Enough of that squirrel cage.

2 sets of plyo jumps... 10 up to the medium stool and 4 up to the high stool

finished with 2.20 miles on the TM at 2% grade in 17:50 then stretched out the old muscles.
