Outside run. Start at HealthPoint, run down Independence, around Arena Park, down Kingshiway, turn north on Lexington to the top of the hill, turn around and run down Kingswhwy back to HealthPoint.

Mile splits: 8:20/7:26/7:12/7:06/3:14 (7:21) then turn around for splits of 6:35/6:38/3:22 (6:32) then cooldown of 8.06and 6:32 for .65 miles of drills/easy jogging.
