Biking in basement following 15 step ups (3 boxes), 10 box jumps (3 boxes), 25 lateral lunges, 2 x 20 sets body wt squats holding 10# wt, 3 sets of squats with 2-30# dumbells, 2 sets of bicep curls with 30# ( I dont know why) and 2 sets of chins x 12 reps
