Lifecycle spinning bike.

SL hops/squats bilat then cuff bands for g.med work x 3 down/back.

Pre-practice dyn work then 3 sets of side planks each side.

2 yards power mowed then back to the house for some food. Heading out for the final 3 pay yards. Mine will have to wait until tomorrow.
