First 34 laps moderately hard and consecutive. Next 15 laps various kicking laps using fins/board (6) then finished up with pull buoy.

Interesting thing today. As I was about 5 laps into the workout a bunch of Crossfit gals came into the pool and did a combination of swimming and exercises outside the pool. They came and went well before I finished my workout. I guess if I every want to shorten up my workout times considerably, I may choose to do the crossfit thing. Looks like 30 min in and out every time. Looks like an efficient way to become one of the fittest people on the planet...
