3.2 miles total warmup including drills and 4 striders.

30 min 3/4 run with distance of 4.51 miles and splits of 6:24/6:43/6:46/6:42/3:26 (6:47 pace). After initial mile, settled into 6:45ish pace. Legs a little heavy from lifting yesterday but no big deal.

1.9 mile cooldown then to gym for 15 min easy spin and stretching.

13 cents today to go with the dime yesterday. Decent week going so far.
