First long Sunday run in over a month. CBEM co-founder and current age division champ in the Trail Running Series and Joe J make up the group. Easy run North on the Osage trail, hydration break then run South on the Osage trail at a nice leisurely pace. Was pooping out the last 3 miles but not really expecting much different to happen. Good to get back to the Sunday runs.
