TM run at 1.5% incline 1 mile x 3 at 6:00-5:56 pace on first one, 5:56-5:52 pace on second mile, and 5:48-5:45 on third mile with 3 min recovery walk between intervals. 1.5 mile cooldown on TM.
First mile felt the hardest. Didn't do enough striders prior to starting.
