5.50 miles outside in 41:xx then indoors on TM.
Intervals of 1.25/1.00/.50 mile at paces of 5:49/5:42/5:53 with 3 min recovery jogs all at 2.0% incline.
Legs did not feel good on 2nd/3rd intervals but to be expected due to fairly hard spinning/elliptical workout less than 12 hours prior to this workout. Main thing was to keep the pace at/under 5:50 mile speed for first 2 intervals.
