800 x 6 and 500 x 1 on the Central Jr High Track. Several other notable Master's runners on the track doing their interval work. No one under the age of 44 on the track this early morning.

800 @ 2:43 with jog of .26 recovery in 2:36
500 in 1:40 then 1.85 cooldown.
Ran all 7 of the intervals by feel by focusing on turnover and relaxing through the sets. Felt good entire intervals.
