Nice morning to run...... Ran from HealthPoint to the Jr. High track and ran circles/drills until getting to around 3.5 miles. Threw a couple of 60-100m surges into the last mile.
To the roads for a 35 min run at 3/4 aerobic pace for total of 5.34 miles and 6:33 ave pace.
Cooldown then back to the gym for some light leg work prior to heading to work for the serious lifting.
