finish with pull buoy, working on maintaining long, smooth strokes while keeping the power in each pull.
End of a productive and heavy volume week. Did some good things and hoping to continue with the different running schemes with Fall goals still in place.
Last 2 months were 170+ totals and may hit the 1000 mile mark for 2012 this week if things work out according to plan.
