mostly flat but hit the Transfer Station hill both directions as it mimicks the last half mile of the All-American 5K course with the .30 mile uphill then final .2 miles downhill section. Thinking about my competitors who are either training or not training today during the run.
Last calendar week and next two upcoming weeks are the key components for determining what could happen in mid-June.
