3.1 miles at level 8/9 then 15 min walk on curved TM
Went to SIU to watch the D-1 talent do some running.
SIU girl goes 4:57 in the mile without being pushed. Brandon says she is probably good for 4:52 at conference meet. Alex Zisser won the men's 3K with a 8:3x. Eric Schott has ran at least 10 seconds faster this indoor season.
Brandon's XC buddy Oscar Medina sets a PR and wins his first collegiate race with a 4:13 indoor mile. Wins with a gutty finish and lean over the line. Awesome race.
