31 min walk on TM = 2.1 miles. 3 of 5 final minutes at "turtle pace" to bump HR a bit.
Light lifting then 2 x 5 min sets of Single limb work/plank work. Several sets of different angled pullups/chins/lower core work on bar.
Finished with Pre-practice drills, 3 x 90 seconds skipping rope and carrying 2-35# plates around the gym a few times.
