Notes

Biking after lifting and HS work.

Good down week of running with lots of HS strengthening exercises and three lifting sessions.

Plan for next week is to get 20-25 miles in during 3-4 runs and a long run on Sunday with several pick-up miles inserted. Continue agressive HS strengthening exercises throughout rest of this month and through January.
