Nasty hot morning. 76 degrees at 4:00 am. 3.5+ warmup with striders/drills. Did about 2.5 miles on soft track at Jr. High. Ironwoman was running intervals.
Plan is 35 min @ 1/2 pace. First 4.0 in rolling hills as I basically ran the last half of the JingleBell course after climbing Independence Hill. Splits of 6:49/7:06/7:07/7:00/6:47/1:11 [6:53 pace] then easy jog back to HealthPoint.
Easy lift session of Hamstring curls, db squats, lat pulls and good stretch session.
