Notes

easy spin following run and prior to 4 sets of chins/LE stretching.

Race tomorrow morning.... 4 miles with first 2 miles of rolling hills then almost 1.5 miles of downhill racing with last .50 miles flat into the picnic area.

Should be interesting and I will have plenty of people in front of me to focus on.
