1.15 mile slow, slow shuffle wandering toward the gym.

Into the gym for some light bar squats, prone machine HS curls, pull ups, military press then 3 sets of bosa ball single limb work; finished with front/side planks and some painful rolling out of hips/glutes, IT band..... has to be good if they are that tender.

Slow, slow shuffle back home for another 1.0 mile. Into the house for additional single limb work.

One dime and one penny.
