Notes

Just a bit of a cool breeze this morning. Started out slow but after 2 miles felt much better. Still just a bit of fatigue in legs from Saturday's race. End up doing 6 "pick ups" during the next 2.5 miles with each one 30-45 seconds. First three accelerating to sub-5 pace and final 3 working at mid-upper 5 min pace and working on relaxing through the sets.

Into the gym post-run for some hanging abdominal work then 17 x 35 second tabata activities with good combination of single limb work and side planks.
