Gym for a non-impact day along with some strengthening work.

Easy drill sets on gym floor then box work for step ups, lateral step ups, box jumps, lateral lunges, body wt squats using 12# ball.

33+ min on bike then some UE lifting, mainly lat work prior to 6 laps of walking.

A couple of bad-ass pickle ball fags kicked me off the gym floor so they could bat their wiffle ball around as I was finishing up my running strengthening work. I think they are pussies and I am sure they think I am one................
