ran on the trails today. started at boone parking lot and headed down to gibson gap and up around to the campground. made it to the campground in 27:07. came back a little faster as i got caught in a pretty good thunderstorm. been awhile since i have gotten caught up in one of those. always fun and interesting. felt ok otherwise just want to shake the tightness in the calves. they are always the last to come around when working my way back into shape.
